Booming oyster sales help Angel spread wings

The Southern Hemisphere’s largest organic certified pacific oyster producer, Angel Seafood, has reported a $719,000 net profit for the six months to December 31 after shifting its focus from restaurants to retail amid 2020 coronavirus shutdowns.

New leases drive Eyre Peninsula oyster expansion

South Australian oyster producer Angel Seafood has acquired additional leases in Cowell and Coffin Bay as part of a growth strategy that will immediately boost production by 20 per cent to 12 million Pacific oysters a year.
