It follows a $350,000 investment from the NWC to transform its near-city offerings, including 14 Enomatic wine dispensers featuring over 120 wines in the new tasting room, the Wined Bar.
NWC General Manager Adrian Emeny said that the award cemented the centre’s reputation as a premiere events venue.
“We pride ourselves on creating a venue that exceeds customer expectations and this national title cements us as an industry leader and a venue of choice,” Mr Emeny said.
“2014 is shaping up to be a huge year for the centre. We’re going from strength to strength and it’s just the start of our renewed commitment to the Australian wine industry and tourism.”
