That includes Island Pure's range of cheese and yoghurt, Fryar's Free Range Eggs, Kangaroo Island Abalone, Island Beehive and a range of other emerging products.

Minister for Planning John Rau said the stall will give the region exposure to a world market.

“This places the Kangaroo Island brand on a national and international stage, due to the popularity of the Adelaide Central Markets among tourists,” he said.

Justin Harman, General Manager of Island Pure, said that it simplifies the process of selling produce from the Island by buying direct and consolidating transport.

“The initiative has seen up to 10 new producers selling off the island for the first time,” Harman said.

The Island Pure stall will also run weekly tastings, visiting products and feature new product launches.
