It demonstrates the billions of dollars of investments that have followed planning reform made by the State Government in early 2012.

32 projects worth $1 billion have been approved, and applications for 65 potential projects in the CBD worth up to $3 billion have been received.

“The new website provides an online avenue to keep the public and development industry informed about projects that have been approved and are under construction in the city,” Planning Minister John Rau said.

“It also details small licensed venue approvals since the introduction of the new license category within the City and Planning and Development Fund investments.”
